CHAIRWOMAN PEARCE announced  SB 137-ALASKA HUMAN RESOURCE INVESTMENT                                                        
COUNCIL, sponsored  by Senator Torgerson, was before  the committee.                                                        
SB 137 has  a zero fiscal note and  a vo-tech education fund  source                                                            
fiscal note.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR COWDERY  moved to  calendar SB 137  and asked for  unanimous                                                            
consent.  There being no objection, the motion carried.
